Frederick Khoo believes in fixing the cause of the problem by helping people through active rehabilitation. He is a hands-on practitioner, specialising in Trigger Point Dry Needling and manual therapy to manage his clients' pain. He also corrects their movements to prevent further injury through corrective exercises and clinical Pilates. Working closely with different sports coaches, he is able to resolve injuries and get his clients back into training. As co-founder of Precise Rehab Sports Rehabilitation Centre, Frederick conducts workshops, trains physiotherapy students and emphasises the merits of a pain-free active lifestyle.
